Overview

CSS3 is changing how we build the web. Even though many of us are still disinclined to start using CSS3 due to the lack of support in some browsers, there are those out there that are moving forward and doing some amazing Free Website Drop Down Menu Creator stuff with its cool new features. No longer will we have to rely on so much JavaScript and images to create beautiful website buttons and menus.

You can create a fancy rounded navmenu with gradients, with no images and no Javascript. This menu works perfectly well with Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. The drop down also works on non-CSS3 compitable browsers such as IE7+, but the rounded corners and shadow will not be rendered. CSS3 transitions could one day replace all the nice javascript animation things.

How to use

1) Open Drop Down Menu HTML software and click "Add item" and "Add submenu" buttons situated on the Drop Down Menu HTML Toolbar to create your Css Vertical Menu Pixopoint menu. You can also use "Delete item" to delete some buttons.

2) Use ready to use Templates. To do it just select theme you like in the "Templates" list. Double-click the theme you like to apply it.

3) Adjust appearance of the menu.
3.1. Select item by clicking it and change button appearance for normal and hover states and set buttons link properties and link target attributes on the "Main menu" tab.
3.2. Select submenu's item by clicking it and change submenu's appearance for normal and hover states and set submenu's item link properties and link target attributes on the "Submenu" tab.

4) Save your menu.
4.1. Save your project file. To save project just click "Save" button on the Toolbar or select "Save" or "Save As" in the Main menu.
4.2. Publish your menu in the HTML format. To do it click "Publish" button on the Toolbar.

Great tool. I had a home-grown css menu that was working, but not in IE7 - yours does - thanks. It works properly in IE 7 and 8, works fine in IE 9. The css tree menu for blogger drop down menus instantly disappear when trying to hover over them. I haven't a nice css menu clue as to why this proboards support drop down menu is happening. Have tried many different "fixes" on this comment section but still nothing. Hi I love the site and the html css 2 level submenu generator. The only negative would be that the css web template with menu navigation isn't accessible for people using screen readers as you can't use the tab key to highlight and select through the menus.

I Build an menu mysql css extensive menu bar, which works great. Until I need to add an jquery dropdown menu with checkboxes item to it. then comes to re-keying the whole thing back in again. And after two or three tries I get it right. On the sharepoint css navigation jquery profile page it looks like you might be able to save a flash submenu dropdown template or menu bar. But I can find no place to do that. Can you tell me how to save my css menue maker baum work to go back and make changes?

As for anyone having problems with IE8 try placing <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" /> After the jquery drop down menu nivo slider <title> tag in the dropdown menu select language code, it might get IE to recognize the drop down features of the joomla submenu css CSS code... if not i tried ^.^

One - the drop down menu onmouseclick submit generator places stylesheets inside the round corners jquery drop down menu <body> tag instead of <head>, so was wondering if it is intentional. Another is that it does not quite work if I place the stylesheet in the linear menu css external file. The ipad css menu based on rotation nested menu items get displayed outside of the flex custom dropdown menubar menu display area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried different linking methods with <link> and @import, but it only works if I use the facebook drop menu css stylesheet internally.
